Reservation

Please first select your desired visit time and then the number of people (adults and children). Then, by clicking on "Reserve tickets now," you can complete the reservation. You will receive a confirmation with all important information about your reservation by email.

Payment for the tickets will be made on-site. The seats will be reserved for you, and the tickets will be held at the cave office. Please collect your tickets at least 15 minutes before the selected time, otherwise, the reservation will be canceled, and the seats will be released!

You can reserve visits up to 14 days in advance. Reservations for dates that are tight (same day, entry within 3 hours), can only be made by phone.

If according to the online reservation, all seats are booked, a time slot is not available, or the booking is very last-minute, it is worth calling us to inquire about available spots. Last-minute spots are often still available, and sometimes seats are freed up due to cancellations, which can then be assigned by phone. Last-minute and recently available spots are not released for online reservations, so please inquire by phone.
